| Abstract: | We made the third party medical disputes mediation organization dispose medical disputes more quickly and effectively by analyzing its theoretical knowledge, running mode, economic framework, administrative agency and personnel disposition, which provided institutional insurance for the establishment of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in our country. |
