本文报道应用心电、心音同步的三尖瓣超声心动图对68例健康成人(简称GA)、49例风寒犯肺型肺胀(简称GB)和20例痰热壅肺型肺胀(简称GC)患者的右心时相进行了对比研究.结果显示,GA、GB和GC组间REML、RI RT和心音图三尖瓣曲线C-D段呈递增性延长,RDTI呈递减性缩短,RSTI/RDTI和RIRT/RDTI-IRT比值呈递增性增长.提示风寒犯肺型和痰热壅肺型肺胀患者的右室收缩和舒张功能均受损,且后者较前者受损更重.
