剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠9例临床分析

目的探讨剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠有效的诊断和治疗方法。方法 9例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠者治疗前均经彩色超声确诊,在超声引导下,经宫颈注射甲氨喋呤50mg到子宫瘢痕处,同时口服米非司酮100mg,2次/d。结果 8例获成功,1例中转开腹,行病灶切除术,成功率84.61%,副作用轻。结论甲氨喋呤局部应用,配合米非司酮口服治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠是简便、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Cesarean scar pregnancy clinical analysis of 9 cases

Objective To investigate the cesarean section scar pregnancy after the effective diagnosis and treatment.Methods Before treatment,nine cases of cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,ultrasoundguided transcervical injection of methotrexate 50mg to uterine scar,while oral mifepristone 100mg daily two treatments.Results Eight cases of success,were converted to laparotomy,resection of foci,the success rate of 84.61%,mild side effects.Conclusion Topical application of methotrexate with mifepristone treatment cesarean section scar pregnancy is a simple and effective treatment,worthy of promotion.
