乳复方治疗乳腺癌术后受体三阴患者37例疗效观察

目的:观察乳复方对乳腺癌术后受体三阴患者的影响.方法:将69例乳腺癌术后受体三阴患者按照随机原则,分为治疗组37例和对照组32例,治疗组在西医治疗的同时服用乳复方,对照组仅采用相同的西医治疗.随访5年,观察乳复方对乳腺癌术后受体三阴患者5年复发转移率与无疾病进展生存期的影响.结果:除4例因失访而脱落外,对完成5年随访的65例患者进行疗效评价,治疗组5年复发转移率低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组5年无疾病进展生存期(PFS)分别为75.68％和50.00％,治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；患者的淋巴结转移数量、原发肿瘤大小对乳腺癌术后的复发转移有影响,治疗组复发转移率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:乳复方能降低乳腺癌术后患者5年复发转移率,改善5年无疾病进展生存期.

Clinical observation of therapeutic efficacy of Rufufang on postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Rufufang on postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer.Methods: A total of 69 postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(n=37) and control group(n=32).Both groups received Western medicine therapy,and Rufufang was added in the treatment group.Five-year follow-up was carried out to observe the influence of Rufufang on recurrence and metastasis and progression-free survival within 5 years after operation in postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer.Results: Among the 65 patients(4 cases lost to follow-up) that had undergone the 5-year follow-up,the treatment group showed lower recurrence and metastasis than the control group(P<0.05),and the 5-year progression-free survival was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(75.68% vs.50.00%,P<0.05).The number of lymph nodes with metastasis and primary tumor size were associated with the recurrence and metastasis after operation.The recurrence and metastasis in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Rufufang can decrease recurrence and metastasis and increase progression-free survival within 5 years after operation in postoperative patients with triple negative breast cancer.
