益心泰对急性心肌梗死患者ALD水平的影响

目的:观察益心泰治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效及对醛固酮( Aldsterone,ALD)水平的影响.方法:将符合纳入标准的60例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予常规心肌梗死治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用益心泰治疗,每次10g,口服,每天3次,6周为1个疗程,观察1个疗程后比较两组疗效、心电图的改善、心脏彩超的变化、酶学检查以及ALD水平的变化情况.结果:两组治疗6周后的临床症状和客观指征均明显改善,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:益心泰可以降低急性心肌梗死患者ALD水平,阻止心室重构.

Effect of Yixintai on aldosterone level in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Yixintai in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and the effect of Yixintai on aldosterone(ALD) level.Methods: Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Both group received conventional therapy for myocardial infarction.Additionally,each patient in the treatment group was orally given Yixintai 3 times(10 g each time) every day for 6 weeks(one period of treatment).The two groups were compared with respect to therapeutic efficacy,electrocardiogram improvement,ultrasonic cardiogram change,enzyme examination results,and ALD level.Results: After 6 weeks of treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in clinical symptoms and the above indices,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in these regards(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yixintai can decrease ALD level and inhibit ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
