| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics of job burnout and its relationship with anxiety and depression of administration cadres.Methods A total of 342 administration cadres were investigated with the MBI-General Survey,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale.Results 65.7% of subjects in this group tended to have job burnout,mainly as ineffectiveness.Moreover,significantly positive relationship was found between three sub-scales of job burnout with anxiety,depression(P<0.01,P=0.00);The r... |
