| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸文拉法辛合并舒肝解郁胶囊对躯体形式障碍的疗效、不良反应和依从性。方法采用随机分组的方法,将156例躯体形式障碍患者分为治疗组77例,对照组79例,治疗8周,用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较躯体形式障碍的起效时间有统计学意义(t=2.71,P<0.05),不良反应方面有显著性差异(χ2=49.01,P<0.01),依从性有显著差异(χ2=6.62,P<0.01)。结论盐酸文拉法辛合并舒肝解郁胶囊与多虑平比较对躯体形式障碍起效快,不良反应小、依从性好,值得临床应用和推广。
