大冶市女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率及影响因素分析

目的了解大冶市女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率及其影响因素,为下步制定更好的健康教育策略提供依据。方法按国家艾滋病综合监测方案要求,采取整群抽样的方法,调查400名从事商业性服务的女性性工作者,结果采用SPSS15.00软件分析。结果女性性工作者的艾滋病知识总知晓率为90.25%(361/400),对艾滋病相关知识的题目大部分回答正确率较高,但对"蚊虫叮咬不传播艾滋病"和"与艾滋病人一起吃饭不感染艾滋病"的回答正确率相对较低,最低仅有64.50%。比较不同场所艾滋病知识知晓率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=61.65,P0.001)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率受场所档次和文化程度的影响,与场所档次和文化程度成正相关。结论关注低档场所的女性性工作者的艾滋病知识知晓率,并采取有效方法提高,是下一步艾滋病宣传工作的重点。

Analysis of AIDS knowledge and its influencing factors among female sex workers in Daye City

Objective To investigate awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and its influential factors among the female sex workers in Daye City. Methods According to the National AIDS comprehensive monitoring program, the AIDS knowledge of 400 female sex workers were surveyed and the results were analyzed using SPSS15.00 software. Results The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 90.25% （361/400）.The rate of core AIDS related knowledge answered correctly was higher. Significant differences in awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among female sex workers in low-grade entertainment places compared to that of the high-grade entertainment places （χ^2=61.65, P 〈0.001）. Multivariate Logistic analysis results showed that awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among female sex workers were affected by entertainment places and education level, and the former factor was inversely correlated with the latter. Conclusions The low-grade entertainment places are the focus for carrying out health education on spread of AIDS knowledge.
