艾滋病重点建设示范区不同人群艾滋病防治知识调查

目的了解荆州市艾滋病重点建设示范区不同人群艾滋病相关知识及态度现状。方法采用自行设计调查表,抽取示范区妇联干部、社区居民、在校学生3类人群共649人,调查基本情况、艾滋病的一般知识、传播途径、预防知识等。结果 3类人群艾滋病基本知识总知晓率为77.04%,妇联干部、社区居民、在校学生的知晓率分别为95.57%、80.66%、54.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=101.13,P0.01)。3类人群对艾滋病病人或感染者的态度正确率较低,为49.77%,妇联干部、社区居民和在校学生对艾滋病病人或感染者的态度正确率分别为65.02%、46.91%、37.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.07,P0.01)。3类人群获得艾滋病相关信息的途径电视所占比例最高,达76.43%。结论不同人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率和对待艾滋病病人或感染者的态度正确率有差异,应强化艾滋病病毒非传播途径的宣传。尤其是在校学生的宣传教育工作,仍然是今后开展艾滋病宣传健康教育干预的重点。

Survey of AIDS Knowledge among different populations in key demonstration area in Jingzhou city

Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS knowledge in different populations in demonstation areas in Jingzhou city for conducting health education on the target population. Methods Totally 649 persons including community women federation staff, residents and school students in the demonstration areas were surveyed with self- designed questionnaire form for HIV/AIDS knowledge.Results The total awareness rate of these three populations about basic knowledge of AIDS was 77.04 %, among which cadres in Women＇s Federation was the highest（ 95.57%）, residents in community was 80.66%and the students in school was the lowest（54.19%）,showing significant difference（χ^2=101.13,P0.01）. The correct attitude rates of the the cadres of women＇federation, community residents and students towards AIDS patient or HIV positives were on average relatively low（ 49.77%）, being 65.02 %, 46.91% and 37.93%,also showing significant difference（χ^2=37.01,P0.01）. Among these three groups, nearly 76.43% of them chosen TV media as the common way to gain AIDS knowledge. Conclusion Different groups had different awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge and CORRECT attitude towards AIDS patient OR HIV positives. Therefore health education on the AIDS knowledge be carried out, especially in shools.
