核基质结合因子SAFB1在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨核基质结合因子SAFB1在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及与其发生发展的关系。方法应用S-P免疫组化方法检测158例临床石蜡标本(其中甲状腺乳头状癌71例,配对的正常甲状腺组织71例以及甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移癌16例)SAFB1蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示SAFB1在正常甲状腺组织、癌和淋巴结转移癌三种类型的组织中表达明显不同(χ2=271.214,P0.01)。在正常组织和肿瘤组织中,SAFB1蛋白的表达前者显著低于后者,即SAFB1表达强者甲状腺乳头状癌发生率高,而表达弱或阴性者发生率低,(Z=-4.608,P0.05),SAFB1在甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达与配对的甲状腺原发癌组织差异无显著性(Z=-0.466,P0.05)。结论 SAFB1基因的表达参与了甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展过程。

Expression and significance of SAFB1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma patients

Objective To investigate expression and significance of SAFB1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma patients and explore the relationship between SAFB1 expression and the development of the human papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SAFB1 in 158 paraffin-embedded specimens including 71 normal tissue, 71 papillary papillary thyroid carcinoma and 16 metastatic tumor specimens. Results Significantly difference of SAFB1 expression was demonstrated among the normal thyroid tissue, carcinomas and lymphatic metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma（χ^2=271.214,P0.01）. SAFB1 expression level was lower in normal thyroid epithelium compared with carcinomas and incidence of papillary thyroid carcinoma increased with the expression level of SAFB1（Z=-4.608,P0.05）. Furthermore, there was no significant differences in SAFB1 expression between papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis or without lymph node metastasis（Z=- 0.466,P0.05）.Conclusion SAFB1 might be involved in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
