| 摘 要： | 目的研究黄连花全草的化学成分。方法经柱色谱分离，理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到5个化合物，分别为正十八烷酸二十六酯(Ⅰ)，helicterilic acid(Ⅱ)，豆甾醇-3-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)，β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(Ⅳ)，β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(Ⅴ)。结论Ⅰ为新化合物，Ⅱ，Ⅴ首次从本属植物中得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia davurica Ledeb.. METHODS The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatograph and identified by spectral analysis and physical data. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as hexacosyl stearate(Ⅰ)，helicterilic acid(Ⅱ)，stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ)，β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ)，β -D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ),respectively. CONCLUSION CompoundⅠwas isolated for the first time.Ⅱ and Ⅴwere isolated from this genus for the first time. |
