| 摘 要： | 锁定钢板治疗关节周围严重粉碎性骨折的理念被越来越多的学者所接受，特别是对于骨质疏松患者。但现有的单轴锁定钢板其锁定螺钉的置人方向是严格定向的，稍有偏差就会使锁定失效，并且小能根据骨折情况来调整螺钉的方向。多轴锁定解剖型钢板系统是专门用于治疗关节周围区域严重粉碎性骨折或伴有骨质疏松性骨折的内固定系统，它不仅提供一个内支架的稳定系统，还可以根据骨折情况来调整锁定螺钉的方向和位置，是锁定钢板的又一次技术和理论突破。
