| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺结核球与周围性肺癌的影像学表现提高鉴别诊断水平。方法对11例肺结核球的影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果肺结核球和周围性肺癌都有一些特征性影像学特点。结论肺结核球和周围性肺癌的影像学特征提示对二者的鉴别诊断有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and differentiation by imaging analysis of tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer. Methods retrospective analysis of the imaging data of tuberculoma of 11 cases. Results Some functional imaging characteristics exist between tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer. Conclusions The guiding significance in diagnosis and differentiation of tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer is obvious due to the imaging characteristics between tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer. |
