舒适护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用

目的：观察舒适护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的临床应用效果。方法：本院2012年7-12月实施妇科腹腔镜手术的患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组各40例，分别施加常规护理与舒适护理，观察两组的效果。结果：观察组术前心率、血压、焦虑程度，术后疼痛程度显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理可以提高妇科腹腔镜手术患者的住院期生活质量以及手术成功率，减少并发症，有助于病情恢复，值得大力提倡。

Comfortable Nursing on Patients with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective： To explore the effect of individualized comfort nursing on the patients with laparoscopic surgery.Method：From July 2012 to December 2012, 80 gynecologic laparoscopy patients were divided into observation and control groups according to randomized methods, and each group contained 40 patients. The control group received conventional perioperative nursing, while the observation group received comfortable nursing. The effects were compared between the two groups.Result： Blood pressure and heart rate and preoperative anxiety level before surgery of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. And postoperative pain degree of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing can improve postoperative comfort in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, reduce complications and promote recovery. It should be vigorously promoted in clinical.
