| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药外敷配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选择180例膝骨性关节炎患者，随机分为中药外敷组（A组）、透明质酸钠组（B组）和中药外敷配合注射透明质酸钠（C组），评价三组近、远期疗效。结果：三种疗法对膝骨性关节炎均有一定疗效，但近期疗效和远期疗效C组均优于A、B组（P〈0.05）。结论：中药外敷配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有起效快、近期和远期疗效显著且较稳定的特点，值得进一步研究和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with infusion of sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method：180 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into external application of Chinese medicine group（A group）,sodium hyaluronate（B group）,and combined group（C group）. Evaluated the short and long term effects. Result：The three methods for treatment of knee osteoarthritis had curative effects,but the curative effect of C group was significant better than that of A and B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The the curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with infusion of sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis is exact. It is worthy to be popularized. |
