褥疮膏治疗褥疮的临床效果研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨研究褥疮膏治疗褥疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年6月-2011年6月本院收治的合并褥疮患者68例,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组34例和治疗组34例,对照组给予褥疮常规方法治疗,治疗组给予褥疮膏治疗,观察两组治疗后的近期临床疗效和褥疮的治愈时间。结果:治疗组治疗有效率为91.2%,对照组为67.6%,治疗组近期临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组褥疮治愈时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:褥疮膏治疗褥疮具有较好的临床疗效,且缩短了治愈时间,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinieal effeet of bedsore ointment in the treatment of decubital ulcer. Metbod: 68 patients with decubital ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method in our hospital From June 2009 to June 2011, the control group was treated by the conventional method of treatment of decubital ulcer, the treatment group was treated by bedsore ointment. The recent clinical efficacy and deeubitus ulcer healing time were observed in the two groups of patients. Result: The treatment efficiency in the control group was 76.5%, and the treatment efficiency in the treatment group was 91.2%, the treatment efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The deeubital ulcer healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: The bedsore ointment has better clinical curative effect in the treatment of deeubital ulcer, and shorten the healing time, it is worth in clinical promotion.
