伊曲康唑注射液治疗 ICU 侵袭性真菌感染的临床效果与不良反应

目的：探讨伊曲康唑注射液治疗ICU侵袭性真菌感染的临床效果与不良反应。方法：选取本院在2010年12月-2013年1月收治的80例ICU侵袭性真菌感染患者，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组使用氟康唑治疗，观察组使用伊曲康唑注射液进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效总有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组的77．5％，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：伊曲康唑注射液治疗ICU侵袭性真菌感染取得的临床疗效显著，值得广泛推广和使用。

Clinical Effects and Adverse Reactions Research of Itraconazole Injection Treatment in ICU Invasive Fungal Infections

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of itraconazole injection in the treatment of the invasive fugal infection.Method： Eighty patients from December 2010 to January 2013 who were diagnosed with invasive fugal infection were selected, they were randomly divide into the treatment group and the eontrol group, 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with itraconazole injection, the control group was treated with flueonazole, the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Result： The effective rate of treatment groups was 90.0%, it was significantly higher than the control group （ 77.5% ）, clinical curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： hraconazole injection has remarkable advantage for invasive fugal infection, it is much more valuable for patients with invasive fugal infection.
