炎琥宁治疗小儿腹泻的疗效及安全性研究

目的：探讨炎琥宁在临床治疗小儿腹泻中的应用价值。方法：选择2012年9月-2013年2月本院收治的腹泻患儿49例，按不同治疗方式分为对照组（常规治疗＋利巴韦林）和试验组（常规治疗＋炎琥宁），对两组患儿的治疗效果进行综合比较。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为86.96%，明显高于对照组的61.54%（χ2=4.0452，P〈0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.3420，P〉0.05）。结论：炎琥宁用于辅助性治疗小儿腹泻效果显著，能有效改善患儿腹泻症状，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study of Efficacy and Safety on the Treatment of Diarrhea in Children by Yan Hu Ning

Objective：To investigate the application of Yan Hu Ning injection in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Method：49 cases children with diarrhea in our hospital from September 2012 to February 2013 were divided into control group（conventional therapy＋Ribavirin）and experimental group（conventional therapy＋Yan Hu Ning）,the efficacy of two groups were compared after treatment.Result：The total effective rate of experimental group was 86.96%,which was higher than that of the control group（61.54%）（χ2=4.0452,P〈0.05）;There was no significant diference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（χ2=0.3420,P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Yan Hu Ning has a significant effects on treating diarrhea in children,it can improve the symptoms of children with diarrhea,which is worthy of clinical widely.
