摘 要: | 目的:探讨使用改良网状小切口减压在胫腓骨骨折合并骨筋膜室综合征手术治疗中防止皮肤坏死及促进切口愈合的疗效。方法:将60例胫腓骨骨折合并骨筋膜室综合征接受手术内固定治疗的患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组31例和对照组29例,治疗组使用改良网状小切口减压内固定治疗,对照组使用传统双切口减压内固定治疗,观察比较两组在术后切口愈合、骨愈合方面等指标。结果:治疗组切口愈合优良率优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组拆线时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P〈0.05);两组骨愈合、延迟愈合、不愈合及畸形愈合方面比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:使用改良网状小切口减压,可以缩短切口拆线时间和住院时间,减少住院费用,加速一期关闭切口的伤口愈合。

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the use of improved mesh small incision decompression in tibial and fibular fracture complicated with compartment syndrome operation therapy in preventing skin necrosis and promote wound healing efficacy.Method: 60 cases of tibia and fibula fracture complicated with compartment syndrome undergoing operation internal fixation in the treatment, were randomly divided into the treatment group 31 cases and the control group 29 cases, the treatment group used improved mesh small incision decompression and internal fixation, the control group used conventional double incision decompression and internal fixation, observed and compared the postoperative wound healing, bone healing, other index of two groups. Result: The excellent and good rate of incision healing in treatment group was better than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Clearing time, hospitalization time in treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and hospitalization costs in treatment group less than that of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Using a modified mesh small incision decompression, can effectively shorten the wound healing and hospitalization time, reduce the cost of hospitalization a period of closure of the incision to accelerate wound healing. |
