腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术与开腹手术的临床效果评估

目的：探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术与开腹手术的临床效果。方法：选取本院子宫肌瘤患者90例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组45例。对对照组患者进行开腹手术，试验组患者进行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除手术，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：试验组手术不良率（术后镇痛）为5．3％，对照组为10．5％。试验组不良反应发生率、术后并发症、术后盆腔粘连率以及妊娠率明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜下手术可以缩短治疗时间和减少并发症，提高治疗效果。

Evaluation on Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Abdominal Operation

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomeetomy and abdominal operation. Method： 90 cases of uterine fibroid in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 45 cases. The control group were treated with open operation, the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy operation, the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed.Result： The non-performing operation rate （ postoperative analgesia ） in the experimental group was 5.3%, and 10.5% in the control group.The therapeutic effect in experimental group were obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion： Laparoscopic operation can reduce the treatment time and complications, improve patient outcomes.
