复发性尿路感染的中西医结合治疗的临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗复发性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：将2011年2月-2012年1月本院收治的90例复发性尿路感染患者随机分为观察组45例和对照组45例，观察组采用养阴清热通淋方联合左氧氟沙星治疗，对照组左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗疗效、临床症状缓解时间，临床症状消失时间及治疗时间均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论i中西医结合治疗复发性尿路感染能提高治疗效果，缩短病程，值得临床推广。

Observation on Clinical Effect of the Combined Chinese and Western Medicine for Treatment of Recurrent Urethral Infection

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the combined Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of recurrent urethral infection. Method ： 90 patients with recurrent urethral infection in our hospital from February 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 45 ） and control group （ n = 45 ） . Observation group was given Yangyinqingretonglin formulae combined with levofloxaein therapy, and control group was given levofloxacin therapy. Compared clinical therapeutic effect of two groups Result： The clinical effect, symptoms remission time, symptoms disappear time, and therapy time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The combined Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of recurrent urethral infection can improve the effect and decrease course of disease. It is worthy to be popularized.
