血必净治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及对IL-6、IL-10的影响

目的：探讨血必净在临床治疗重症肺炎中的应用价值。方法：选择本院2011年6月-2012年6月收治的重症肺炎患者48例，分为对照组（给予常规治疗）和观察组（常规治疗基础上再给予血必净注射液治疗），对两组病例的治疗效果进行综合比较。结果：观察组治疗总有效率达86.96%，明显高于对照组56.0%（字2=5.5566，P〈0.05）；两组患者经治疗后的血清炎症细胞因子IL-6、IL-10水平比较均差异有统计学意义。结论：血必净用于辅助性治疗重症肺炎效果显著，能减轻患者炎症反应水平，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Xuebijing Injection in Treating Severe Pneumonia and Effect on the Serum IL-6, IL-10

Objective： To investigate the effect of Xuebijing application value in the clinical treatment of severe pneumonia.Method： 48 severe pneumonia patients in our hospital from 2011 June to 2012 June were randomly divided into the control group, （routine treatment） and observation group （conventional treatment on the basis of given Xuebijing injection in the treatment）. To compare the effect of the two therapy.Result：Total effective rate of the observation group （86.96%） was significantly higher than the control group （56%） （X2=5.5566,P〈0.05）. Serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-10 levels of the two groups were significantly different.Conclusion： Xuebijing has a significant effects on treating severe pneumonia, it can decrease the inflammatory level, which is worthy of clinical widely.
