| 摘 要： | 目的]观察四逆散加味治疗慢性胃炎肝胃气滞的临床疗效。方法]56例经中医辨证,属肝胃气滞型者服用四逆散加味汤剂治疗,每天1剂,早晚各1次,1周为1个疗程,治疗4周进行疗效评定。结果]治愈26例(46.4%),好转23例(41.1%),未愈7例(12.5%),总有效率为87.5%。结论]四逆散加味治疗肝胃气滞型慢性胃炎效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective ] Observe Sini powder chronic gastritis stagnation of Qi of the liver and stomach clinical efficacy. Method] After 56 cases of TCM is Qi stagnation, liver and stomach were taken Jiawei Sini decoction treatment, Every day 1 medicinal preparation, sooner or later each 1 time, 1 week will be 1 treatment course, treats 4 weeks to carry on the curative effect evaluation. Results] Cure 26 cases （46.4%） , improved 23 cases （41.1%） , cured 7 cases （ 12.5% ） , total effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion]Sini powder treatment of chronic gastritis. liver and stomach Oi staanation zood effect. |
