趾短伸肌性跟骨撕脱骨折

趾短伸肌性跟骨撕脱骨折实际并非罕见，但由于骨折片较薄、较小，易被血肿遮盖而误诊为“扭伤”、“籽骨”或其他骨折，影响及时治疗，应引起重视。本文结合收治的5例，对其损伤机理，诊断和治疗作了分析讨论。

Avulsion fracture of calcanean at the insertion of extensor dititorum brevis muscle is also neglected and misdiagnosed as ankle sprain or a sesamoid bone In fact, it is not rare if one bears it in mind when confronting such ankle injuries 5 cases are here reported, constituting 5% ankle injuries with suspected ankle fracture in the emergency room in our hospital in the last two years. It constitutes 10% of comparable cases in the emergency room as reported by Norfray. Conservative treatment by immobilization with splinting in our cases yielding good results. Anatomy and X ray films are reviewed in conjunction with exporiments done on limb specimens It is shown that excessive and sudden spreading of the muscle while twisting the foot or ankle may cause avulsion of a bone chip fragment at the insertion of the tousle. As the fracture fragment is small and thin, it may be easily overlooked in a hematoma or misdiagnosed as a sesamoid bone and treatment thus delayed.
