血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与冠心病关系的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因多态性与冠心病的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)检测ACE基因第 16内含子I/D多态性 ,并计算基因型和等位基因频率。结果 :在 5 1例冠心病组中ACE基因DD基因型和D等位基因频率分别是 35 %和 6 1% ,83例正常对照组中的ACE基因DD基因型和D等位基因频率分别是 16 %和 45 % ,两者相比具有显著性差异。结论 :ACE基因DD基因型可能是冠心病发生发展过程中重要的危险因素之一。

Abstract:Objective Tostudy the relationship between ang iotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism andcoronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The pol ymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to detect an insertion/deletion (I/D) poly morphism of ACE gene in itssixteen intron, then genotype and allele frequencies were calculated. ResultsThe DD genotype and D allele frequenc ies of ACE gene were 35% and 61% in 51 case with CHDand were 16% and 45% in 83 healthy subjects , respectively. The frequencies of DD genotypeand D allele between two groups s howed significant differences. Conclusionsthe deletion polymor phism of ACE gene might be an important risk factor in thedevelopment of CHD.
