小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床诊治及疗效评价

目的分析小儿肺炎支原体（MP）感染的临床特点及诊治方法,为提高肺炎支原体感染的诊治水平提供依据。方法对2005年9月至2009年9月我院确诊的132例支原体肺炎患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 36例患者合并肺外并发症,所有患儿治疗后体温均于1周内降至正常,咳嗽减轻。18例患儿有轻微胃肠道反应,均采用对症治疗缓解。未发现严重不良反应。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染应尽早进行X线检查,对怀疑有心功能损害的患儿进行心肌酶谱检查,以达到早期诊断和治疗的目的。

Clinical Treatment and Effect Evaluation of Infant Infection of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment method of infant Mycoplasma Pneumoniae（MP） infection,and provide basics for the treatment level of MP infection.Methods Retrospective analysis was done to 132 patients of MP infection who were confirmed in Sep 2005 and Sep 2009.Results There were 36 patients merged with complication outside lung.All the temperature of patients was reduced to normal,and the symptom of coughing was eased after treatment.There were 18 cases of mild gastroenteric reaction,but they were all eased after symptomatic treatment.No severe adverse reaction was discovered.Conclusion Early X ray examination should be used for MP infection and myocardial enzyme series should be performed to patients suspected of heart function damage,so to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and treatment.
