| 摘 要： | 本文分析1985年1月～1989年12月我院经手术和病理证实的异位妊娠68例,其中20例曾误诊为其它疾病。本文就各种误诊因素进行了分析,妇科误诊因素为早期异位妊娠缺乏特异性和未能正确处理宫内节育器的副作用,其它科误诊因素主要是对异位妊娠缺乏警惕性。 |

| Abstract: | 68 cases of ectopic pregnancy were analysed,which were confirmed by operation and pathologicl examination in our hospital from Jan.1985 to Dec.1989.20 of them were misdiag- nosed as other diseases.Thus,we discussed factors for misdiagnosis in various departments.In Gynecololgy,the cause for misdiagnosis are:lacking of characteristic signs of early ectopic and not recognizing correctly the side-effect of I.U.D.In other departments,the cause of misdiagnosis is lacking awareness of ectopic pregnancy.We also discuss the significance of auxiliary examina- tion for diagnosis. |
