| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨石家庄地区支气管哮喘儿童过敏原的分布及临床意义,制定护理对策。方法:选取2011年3月~2014年4月在我院呼吸科门诊或住院期间诊断为支气管哮喘的1~14岁患儿828例进行过敏原皮肤点刺试验(SPT)测定,对试验结果进行相关性分析并采取针对性的护理措施。结果:变应原皮肤点刺试验结果,16种过敏原中居前三位的分别是粉尘螨、屋尘螨及花粉,阳性率分别为66.67%,63.77%及39.86%;患儿存在多种变应原过敏。结论:石家庄地区哮喘患儿主要变应原是尘螨,与居住环境有关。变应原皮肤点刺试验为儿童哮喘防治提供有力的临床依据,做好心理护理与健康宣教很重要。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the distribution of allergen in bronchial asthma children and clinical sense, and provide nursing measures. Methods：828 children patients with bronchial asthma from March 2011 to April 2014 were received allergen skin prick test, and the results were analyzed. Results：The re- suits showed that 16 kinds of allergens in the top three were dust mites, house dust mites and pollen. There were various allergens in children with allergic. Conclusion ： The main allergen of asthma in Shijiazhuang wan dust mites,its concerned with. living enviroment. Allergen skin prick test provided clinical ba- sis for children asthma prevention and therapy,and do well psyeholigical nursing and health education are very important. |
