保鲜膜结合水床式鸟巢对机械通气下早产儿中性体温的影响

目的:探讨能维持机械通气下的早产儿最佳中性体温的护理方法。方法:将在我院NICU住院的给予机械通气的早产儿100例随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组对在辐射式抢救台上行机械通气下的早产儿,使用保鲜膜覆盖及水床式鸟巢的护理方法;对照组给予常规护理方法。观察两组患儿入院后2,12,48 h的体温情况。结果:使用保鲜膜覆盖及水床式鸟巢组的早产儿,在入院后2,12,48 h的体温均明显高于对照组,且中性温度的稳定性优于对照组。结论:保鲜膜覆盖结合水床式鸟巢为早产儿提供了一个温暖而恒定贴身的外界环境,使早产儿感到温暖而舒适,维持了稳定的中性体温。

Effect of the neutral temperature of mechanical ventiated premature infants with plastic wrap unite water bed nest

Objective ： To investigate the best nuring way to maintain the neutral temperature for mechanical ventiated premature infants. Methods ： In our de- partment NICU need mechanical ventilation of premature infants, 100 cases in hospital has the ID number of a double -blind, and they were divided into ex- perimental group and the control group. Experimental group under the line of mechanical ventilation on the radiant rescue of premature infants, implement use cling film to cover the nursing methods of the nest and the water bed type, and the control group don＇t used cling film to cover the nursing methods of the bird＇s nest and the water bed type comparison research,observation of two groups of children with 2,12,48 h after admission temperature conditions. Re- sults ： The use of the plastic wrap unite water bed pattern with nest in observation group was obviously higher than the control group in 2,12,48 h after ad- mission temperature ,furthermore, the neutral remperature stability also better than that control group. Conclusion：Plastic wrap unite water bed nest provides a warm and constant personal external environment for premature infants, makes the premature babies feel warm and comfortable, and maintain neutral tem- perature stable.
