| 摘 要： | 目的 :明确糖尿病病人围手术期血糖控制的安全措施。方法 :对 38例合并糖尿病的外科病人 (血糖大于8.1mmol/L)围手术期处理进行了回顾性分析。结果 :发现 2例病人病情隐匿 ,术前漏诊 ,在术后发生严重并发症才明确诊断。在治疗中 3例出现Somogyi效应 ,1例出现对胰岛素拮抗 ,有 3例发生了糖尿病危象。 结论 :认为合理地使用正规胰岛素是围手术期糖尿病病人血糖控制的安全有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out a safe method of perioperative glycemic control in diabetic patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on perioperative management of 38 surgical patients with diabetes. Results: 2 patients were misdiagnosed due to insidious diabetic course. 3 patients developed Somogyi's effect, antagonism of insulin appeared in 1 patient and 3 patients occurred the crisis of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: The proper use of insulin is an effective and safe method for the management of diabetic patients during the perioperative period. |
