微波及鼻用皮质类固醇联合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的 观察微波及鼻用皮质类固醇联合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的效果.方法 126例PAR分为联合组和对照组,联合组(78例)采用鼻内微波组织凝固术和丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗;对照组(48例)则用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻和氯雷他定片口服,分别于3、6、12个月后进行治疗评分,计算治疗后积分改善率.结果 联合组显效51例(65.4%),有效23例(29.5%),总有效率94.9%;对照组显效16例(33.3%),有效20例(41.7%),总有效率75.0%.两组疗效比较差异有极显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论 采用微波及鼻用皮质类固醇联合治疗PAR能显著提高疗效.

Clinical study on the microwave and intranasal corticosteroids therapy for perennial allergic rhinitis

Objective To study the effect of microwave and intranasal corticosteroids therapy on perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases with PAR were divided into two groups.Compound group(78 cases)used this intranasal microwave coagulation with fluticasone propionate medicine;control group(48 cases)gave the fluticasone propionate and loratadine medicine therapy.After 3,6,12 months of followed-up of all cases.Results In compound group,there are 51 cases with excellent improverment,23 cases with improvement.In control group,16 cases with excellent improvement,20 cases with improvement.The effective rates of the two groups were 94.9% and 75.0% respectively.Conclusion The microwave and intranasal corticosteroids therapy can greatly enhance the curative effect of perennial allergic rhinitis.
