| 摘 要： | 目的 总结肾下腹主动脉瘤的治疗经验.方法 20例腹主动脉瘤中(包括3例已破裂)18例行动脉瘤切除分叉型人造血管重建术;2例行腔内治疗.结果 所有病例均一次性治疗成功,无手术及围手术期死亡.12例得到随访,除1例死于心梗外,其余均健在.结论 肾下腹主动脉瘤手术切除对非高危患者仍然是一种安全、经济有效的方法,对高危患者宜选择腔内治疗. |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize our surgical experience on 20 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAAs) undergoing open repair. The 20 petients all recovered and discharged. Methods 18 of the 20 patients with infrarenal AAA including 3 ruptured treated electively with open repair, the other 2 patients were treated with intracavitary therapy. Results All of the patients were treated successfully ,none of them died during operation and postoperation. One of the 12 patients who had follow-up visit died due to acute myocardial infarction, the other are alive. Conclusion Open repair is safe, economical and tolerable to the majority patients with infra-renal abdominal aortic aneurysm. Intracavitary therapy is suit for the high risk patients. |
