| 摘 要： | 目的了解海南省65～74岁老年人牙齿健康状况，为海南省口腔卫生保健工作提供信息支持。方法按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案》对726名城乡老年人进行口腔检查，结果用SPSS 12．0软件处理。结果患龋率为72．59％，龋均为2．96，龋齿充填率为14．19％；根龋率为20．9％，根龋均为0．32，根龋充填率为3．12％；牙周疾病患病率为86．1％；缺牙率为88．4％，全口无牙率为3．4％。结论海南省老年人牙齿龋病和牙周病患病率高，治疗率低。加强口腔卫生教育，促进口腔健康保健显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the current health status of teeth in the elderly in Hainan province,and to pro- vide scientific basis for the establishment of oral health care policies in Hainan.Methods According to the Third National Oral Health Survey Standards,726 elders of 65 to 74 years old were examined.The results were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Results 72.59% had dental caries and among them 14.19% were completely treated.The mean number of dental caries was 2.96.20.9% had root caries and 3.12% were completely treated.The mean number of root caries was 0.32.The prevalence of periodontal disease was 86.1%.88.4% of individuals had lost partial or all of their teeth and 3.4% was the edentate. Con- clusion The prevalence of caries and periodontal disease is high and the treatment percentage was low.Oral hygiene education and oral health care should be propagated and strengthened. |
