红曲对大鼠骨密度和骨力学变化的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨红曲治疗去势大鼠的骨密度和骨生物力学变化的相关性.方法:取12周龄Wistar雌性大鼠40只,随机分为模型、红曲治疗、阳性对照、正常对照四组,每组10只.正常对照组行假手术,其余三组行完整双侧卵巢摘除术.灌胃12周后,处死各组动物,以双能X线骨密度仪测定骨密度;通过三点弯曲试验记录载荷-变形曲线,测定骨生物力学指标.结果:红曲治疗组骨矿含量、骨密度明显高于模型组(P<0.01),骨生物力学性能较模型组得到明显改善.模型组、红曲治疗组、阳性对照组的骨密度与最大应力成正相关(P<0.05).结论:①红曲能刺激骨形成,使骨量明显增加,保持原有骨结构的相对完整性,提高骨的生物力学性能.②骨密度是影响骨生物力学性能的重要因素.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect and correlation of Hongqu on Bone Mineral Density and Biomichanics of Overiectomized Rats.Methods:40 female Wistar rats with 12 weeks old were divided randomly into control group, Hongqu group, positive contrast group and normal contrast group, each group with 10 cases. The normal contrast group was administered sham operation and other groups ovariectomy. After 12 weeks, all rats were sacrificed. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) was used to measure the bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral contents (BMC). Bone biomechanical properties were determined by the load-distortion curve obtained from the three-point bending test.Results:BMD and BMC in hongqu group were obviously higher than those in control group (P<0.01) and Bone biomechanical properties in Hongqu group significantly improved. BMD in control group, hongqu group and positive contrast group was positively relative to the max stress (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hongqu can simulate tile bone formation, improve the bone mineral density, keep integrity of the original bone structure and improve the biomechanical behavior. Bone mineral density is an important factor of bone biomechanical behavior.
