| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿激酶溶栓疗法治疗急性脑梗死时血液流变学的变化 .方法对 42例急性脑梗死患者进行尿激酶 7日溶栓疗法 ,于溶栓前、溶栓后第 3～ 4d及第 7～ 8d分别检测血液流变学指标 .结果急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标明显高于正常人 .除HCT外 ,溶栓后第 3～ 4d及第 7～ 8d血液流变学其他指标均明显低于溶栓前 ,两者相比有显著性差异 (p <0 .0 5或p<0 .0 1) .结论尿激酶 7日溶栓疗法能有效地改善急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标的异常现象 .

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the hemorrheologic changes on urokinase(UK) thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Forty-two patients with ACI were given with the treatment of intravenous UK thrombolysis for 7 days, and the hemorrheologic parameters were measured before treatment and on the 3rd/4th, 7th/8th day after treatment, respectively.Results The hemorrheologic parameters of the patients with ACI were higher than those of the normal people. In cases of ACI, except HCT, the hemorrheologic parameters were significantly lower in the 3rd/4th, 7th/8th day after treatment than before the treatment (p<0.05 or p<0.01).Conclusions Using UK thrombolytic therapy for 7 days can effectively improve the abnormal phenomena of the hemorrheologic parameters in patients with ACI. |
