护理干预对眼底荧光造影不良反应的效果评价

目的：探讨护理干预对眼底荧光造影不良反应的效果。方法：将120例行眼底荧光造影检查患者按时间段分为对照组和干预组各60例,对照组按照眼底荧光造影检查护理常规实施护理,干预组在对照组的基础上实施心理、认知和行为干预,比较两组患者眼底荧光造影检查的不良反应发生程度和发生率。结果：干预组患者眼底荧光造影检查的不良反应发生程度和发生率均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：心理、认知和行为等系列护理干预措施可减少眼底荧光造影检查患者不良反应的发生,促进检查的顺利完成。

Effect of nursing intervention on adverse reaction of fundus fluorescein angiography

Objective： To discuss the application of nursing intervention on the adverse reactions of fundus fluorescein angiography. Methods： 120 patient having routine fundus fluorescein angiography were divided into intervention group and control group, 60 in each. Routine nursing care was given to the control group, while the intervention group also received psychology, cognitive and behavioral intervention. The degree and the incidence of adverse reactions of fundus fluorescein angiography of the two groups were compared. Results： The intervention group had lower degree and incidence of adverse reactions, the difference between the two groups having statistical significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Psychology, cognitive and behavior intervention measures can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions after fundus fluorescein angiography, thus insure smooth completion of the inspection.
