摘 要: | 医疗质量管理是医院管理的核心。通过参与卫生部和中国医院协会开展的一系列目的在于推进医疗质量持续改进和保证患者安全的活动,总结了医院在以评促建的过程中,全面提升管理水平的经验。具体做法包括:基本功训练、病案质量管理、主治医查房评比、医疗安全隐患查找和建立非惩罚性不良事件上报系统等。作者指出,医疗技术水平是保持医疗质量与安全的基础,医疗安全文化是降低医疗风险的保障。

Abstract: | Medical quality management is the focus of hospital management. Based on the practice of continuous quality improvement(CQI) and patient safety developed by Ministry of Health and Chinese Hospital Association,the experiences of continuous promotion hospital management and medical service quality during the evaluation activities were summarized. The activities included basic skill training,medical record quality management,attending doctor ward-rounds assessment,hidden medical service risk and non-punishment medical adverse event report system establishing. Medical skill is the basic of assuring medical safety and medical service quality,medical safety culture is the guarantee of decreasing medical risk. |
