摘    要:
目的 评价VITEK-2 Compact细菌自动化鉴定与药敏仪器对碳青霉烯类耐药肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)的鉴定能力. 方法 同时采用PCR法和VITEK 2 Compact系统检测本实验室保存的93株CRE.以PCR结果为标准,评价VITEK-2 Compact仪器对CRE菌株的鉴定能力. 结果 VITEK-2 Compact细菌自动化仪器检测CRE的灵敏度为76.4%、特异性为34.2%、阳性预测值为62.7%、阴性预测值为50.0%. 结论 VITEK-2Compact细菌自动化仪器检测CRE的灵敏度有待提高,需结合其他方法给予补充,以提高该仪器的鉴定率与准确率.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the performance of VITEK-2 Compact Automated Systems for the detection of carbapenemase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE).Methods93 CRE stored in our laboratory were used in this study.The bacterial identification and antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed by VITEK-2 Compact automated system.Some common carbapenem-resistant genes were amplified by PCR, and the positive PCR products were sequenced to determine genotypes.With the PCR results as the standard, we evaluated the performance of VITEK-2 Compact Automated Systems for the detection of carbapenemase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae.ResultsThe sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of VITEK-2 Compact to detection CRE were 76.4%, 34.2%, 62.7%, and 50.0%, respectively.ConclusionThe sensitivity of the VITEK-2 Compact Automated Systems for detection of CRE needs to be improved.In order to enhance the identification rate and accuracy of the instrument, the laboratory should complement other methods.
