| Abstract: | We describe a 29 mm Sapien XT valve implantation in a 10‐year‐old girl with repaired Tetralogy of Fallot, severe pulmonary regurgitation, and right ventricular dilatation, using the NovaFlex+ delivery system and the expandable introducer eSheath, without pre‐stenting of the right ventricular outflow tract. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. |
