摘    要:目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)不同证型与胃肠激素的相关性。方法:建立脾虚、肝郁和湿热证cAG证病结合模型,并以中药干预,采用放射免疫法观察不同证型CAG模型鼠血胃肠激素胃泌素(Gas)和内皮素(ET)的水平。结果:脾虚CAG鼠血清Gas水平最低(P〈0.05),血浆ET水平最高(P〈0.01);中药干预后,脾虚、肝郁和湿热证CAG3组鼠血清Gas和血浆ET都有所改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:证病结合CAG模型与胃肠激素的水平具有相关性,为CAG中医证型的诊断以及疗效评价提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between different TCM syndrome types of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and gut hormone.Methods:Three different groups of modal rats:spleen deficiency group,liver depression group and damp-heat group,which were established and treated by relevant Chinese medicine respectively.The levels of Gastrin(Gas) and Endothelin(ET) in rat's blood were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:The spleen deficiency group's Gas level of serum was the lowest(P<0.05),and its ET level of plasma was the highest(P<0.01).In addition,the Gas and ET in all groups had ameliorated(P<0.05 or 0.01)after being treated by Chinese medicine.Conclusion:The study suggests that there is correlation between different TCM syndrome types of CAG and gut hormone,and it supplies the experimental basis for the diagnosis and the evaluation of curative effect of CAG on TCM syndrome types.
