摘 要: | 背景右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,DEX)是一种高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,镇静作用强、易于唤醒且不抑制呼吸。临床上,DEX常用于危重患者的镇静。近年来研究发现,DEX对多个器官具有保护作用。目的通过DEX对器官保护作用的研究,为临床有效应用提供参考。内容探讨DEX对肺、肾、心、肝、脑的保护作用及机制。趋向随着研究的不断深入,给临床治疗多器官功能障碍带来帮助。

Abstract: | Background Dexmedetomidine (DEX) is a highly selectiveα2 -adrenergic agonist, which has the characterization of an easy arousal and minimal respiratory depression as well as the good sedation. DEX is used in sedation for critical ill patients. Recent studies indicate that dexmedetomidine can more protective effects for many organs. Objective This review focused on the organ protection of DEX and offering reference for effective clinical practice. Content This review mainly discusses the effects of DEX in lung, kidney, heart, liver, brain and its possible mechanisms. Trend With the progresses of the research, it will provide some new strategies for prevention and treatment in multiple organ dysfunction. |
