| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨胸腔镜下交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的手术护理方法。[方法]对18例病人术前给予有效的心理辅导,充分的术前准备,密切的术中配合。[结果]本组手术均成功,术中无并发症发生,术后手汗症均消失,手术效果满意。[结论]完善的术前准备、熟练的手术护理、紧密的医护配合是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the surgical nursing method of thoracoscopic sympathectomy for treatment of patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods:A total of 18 patients were given effective preoperative psychological counseling,adequate preoperative preparation and close operative cooperation.Results:All the operations were successful,no intraoperative complications occurred,postoperative palmar hyperhidrosis disappeared and the surgical effect was satisfying.Conclusion:The sound preoperative preparation,skilled surgical care,and the close coordination of doctors and nurses are the keys to successful operation. |
