精神科临床护士工作压力与心理健康调查分析

[目的]了解精神科临床护士工作压力与心理健康的相关性。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、护士工作压力源量表和症状自评量表,对精神科156名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]精神科护士工作压力较大,依次体现在工作环境及资源方面、病人护理方面、工作量及时间分配方面、护理专业及工作方面、管理及人际关系方面。症状自评量表各因子得分均高于国内常模(P<0.01)。工作压力与症状自评量表各因子之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]精神科护士处于高强度的工作压力中,严重影响了护士的身心健康。建议管理者采取有效的措施缓减护士的工作压力,护士应正确对待工作压力,掌握适合自己的减压方式。
