| 摘 要： | 中医学认为血管性痴呆（VaD）由多种原因所致。心虚、肾虚可致VaD，痰浊、瘀血、浊毒等亦可致VaD，但虚实夹杂多因素致VaD更多见。而养心法、补肾法、化痰法、祛瘀法、解毒法均可防治VaD。其中养心补肾是防治VaD的基本途径，化痰祛瘀解毒是防治VaD的重要方法。心肾两虚夹痰瘀毒理论更能准确全面地反映VaD的本质，是VaD的重要病理机制；养心补肾化痰祛瘀解毒是防治VaD的理想途径。
