| 摘 要： | 本研究用免疫细胞化学方法,在大白鼠脑干观察促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH_(1-30))免疫反应纤维的分布。讨论了这些纤维与吗啡作用区之间的关系与含5-羟色胺缝际核之间关系,以及与心血管、呼吸功能有联系的脑神经核的关系。

| Abstract: | The localization of immunoreactive fibres of ACTH_(1-30) in the brain stem of the rat was observed by the immunocytochemical method. The relationships between these fibres and the morphine acting area. the serotonin containing raphe nuclei, and the nuclei of cranial nerves associated with the cardiovascular and respiratory function were discussed. |
