扬州市已婚女性家庭暴力情况调查

目的 了解扬州市已婚女性家庭暴力的发生情况以及影响因素.方法 采用多级分层抽样方法,在扬州市境内的城市、农村和工业区对3122名已婚女性进行家庭暴力问卷调查.结果 扬州地区已婚女性家庭暴力的总发生率为42.8%,其中精神暴力发生率为39.7%,躯体暴力发生率为10.1%,性暴力发生率为13.5%.1种暴力形式的发生率为25.3%,以精神暴力为最多;2种暴力形式的发生率为6.3%;3种暴力形式同时存在的发生率为2.9%.遭受暴力女性的年龄集中在25～45岁之间,其受教育程度显著低于非暴力家庭的女性.结论 扬州市已婚女性家庭中暴力现象较为普遍,以精神暴力为多见,低教育水平的中、青年女性家庭易于发生.

A prevalence study on domestic violence among married women in Yangzhou

ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of domestic violence(DV) among married women in Yangzhou and its related factors.MethodsUsing a multi-stage sampling strategy,3122 married women in urban,rural and industrial areas in Yangzhou city were studied on the prevalence of DV. ResultsThe prevalence rate of total DV was 42.8%. Mental violence was the most common type, followed by sexual violence and physical violence,the prevalence rate for mental, sexual and physical violence was 39.7%, 13.5%, 10.1% respectively. The prevalence of one kind of DV was 25.3%, Mental violence was the most common one, two kinds of DV was 6.3%, and three kinds of DV was 2.9%. Individuals in the 25 to 45 age group were at higher risk for DV,which the prevalence rate of DV was 92.1%. The education level of victims was significantly lower than that of non-DV. ConclusionDomestic violence is common in Yangzhou,especially mental violence,and the youth and middleaged women with low education are at higher risk for DV.
