电针颈夹脊对颈源性眩晕患者颈椎曲度改变的影响

摘    要:目的观察电针颈夹脊对颈源性眩晕患者颈椎曲度改变的影响。方法将78例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组39例。治疗组采用电针颈夹脊配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效及颈椎曲度变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94.9%,对照组为56.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后颈椎曲度与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05)。治疗组治疗前后颈椎曲度差值与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论电针颈夹脊可纠正颈源性眩晕患者颈椎曲度改变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the cervical curvature change in patients with cervical vertigo. Method Seventy-eight patients with cervical vertigo were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 39 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji (EX-B 2) plus medication, while the control group was by medication alone. The clinical efficacies and the changes of cervical curvature of the two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate was 94.9% in the treatment group versus 56.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The two groups both achieved significant changes in the cervical curvature after intervention (P〈 0.01,P〈0.05). The improvement of cervical curvature in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji (EX-B 2) can correct the abnormal cervical curvature in patients with cervical vertigo.
