软肝丸治疗肝硬变临床研究

目的：观察软肝丸治疗肝硬变血瘀证的临床疗效。方法：将80例Child-pugh分级为A级的肝硬变患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,在一般治疗的基础上两组分别采用软肝丸和鳖甲煎丸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征、肝功能、血清基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子（TIMP-1）、超声下肝脾形态变化、肝纤维化血清四项等指标变化情况。结果：两组治疗后胁肋刺痛、胁下痞块、蜘蛛痣、舌下脉络、肝功能、TIMP-1水平、超声下肝脾形态变化及肝纤维化血清四项与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组有效率82.50%,对照组有效率77.50%,两组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：软肝丸治疗肝硬变疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状和体征,恢复肝功能,有一定的抗肝纤维化的作用。

Clinical Study on Soft Liver Pill in the Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect Soft Liver Pill- treatment of liver cirrhosis（ blood stasis type）. Methods： 80 cases of Child-pugh,grading to A level in patients with cirrhosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 40 cases. On the basis of general treatment in the two groups respectively by using Soft Liver Pill and turtle shell decocted pill treatment. Observed two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms,signs,liver function,serum matrix metalloproteinases inhibitory factor（ TIMP-1）,liver and spleen morphological changes under ultrasound,liver fibrosis indexes such as serum four. Results： The above observation indexes of the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment showed that the differences were statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Effective rate of the treatment group was82. 50%,the control group was 77. 50%,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Soft Liver Pill treatment of liver cirrhosis is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,recovery of liver function,and has certain anti hepatic fibrosis.
