冲击波治疗肩周炎临床对照研究

目的：观察冲击波治疗肩周炎的疗效及安全性。方法：将60例患者随机分为冲击波组（30例）和常规理疗组（30例），冲击波组采用痛点冲击波治疗，常规理疗组则采用超短波和中频脉冲电治疗，所有患者均在上述治疗后进行肩周炎医疗体操训练，每日2次，每次30min，共治疗15天；采用简化McGill疼痛问卷（SF＋MPQ）、Constant Murley肩关节评分（CMS）于治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗后2周进行评估。结果：治疗后2周，冲击波组PRI、VAS、PPI均低于对照组（P＜0．05），CMS评分高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：冲击波治疗对肩周炎疗效显著，作用持续时间长。

A Comparative Study on Shock Wave Therapy for Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of shock wave therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into shock wave group （30 cases） and conventional physiotherapy group （30 cases）, the shock wave group treated by shock wave therapy on pain spot, while conventional physiotherapy group by ultrashort wave and intermediate frequency electric pulse therapy, after the above treatment, both groups of patients participated in medical gymnastics training for scapulohumeral periarthritis, 2 times per day and each time for 30 minutes, totally for 15 days; at the points of before treatment, end of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, used short-form of McGill pain questionnaire （SF-MPQ） and Constant-Murley score （CMS） to evaluate the efficacy of two groups. Results： 2 weeks after treatment, the PRI, VAS and PPI scores were all lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）, while CMS score was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The shock wave therapy which has a long effect duration has significant curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis.
