腕踝针配合穴位敷贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察腕踝针配合穴位敷贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组采用腕踝针配合穴位敷贴治疗，对照组采用电针治疗，1疗程后比较两组效果。结果：实验组治愈率及总有效率均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗后实验组VAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05），但两组患者JOA评分比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：腕踝针配合穴位敷贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，提高治愈率及疼痛改善程度。

Efficacy Observation on Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Dressing Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective：To observe the curative effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture and acupoint dressing therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods：60 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint dressing therapy, control group was treated with electro-acupuncture, efficacy was compared between the two groups after a course of treatment. Results：The cure rate and total effective rate of experimental group were both significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）;after treatment VAS score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant dif-ference in VAS score of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture and acupoint dressing therapy on lumbar disc her-niation is significant, which improve the cure rate and degree of pain.
